How often should a gas fireplace be serviced?
Once a year — ideally in late summer or fall, before the season starts. An annual tune-up cleans the burner and glass, checks the ignition system, and catches small failures while they're still cheap. If yours has gone a few years without service, that's the most common booking we take.
How much will my repair cost?
We don't quote prices sight-unseen. Every fireplace and every failure is a little different, and guessing wouldn't be honest. Send a photo with your booking request and tell us what's going on; once we've laid eyes on it, you'll get a straight answer before any work starts.
Do you service both propane and natural gas?
Yes — both, every day. Much of Frederick County runs on propane once you're past the gas mains, and propane systems have their own quirks. The booking flow asks which you have (and it's fine to pick "not sure") so the technician arrives set up for the right fuel.
